Robert Gordon University’s BSc (Hons) Surveying degree has successfully been accredited by
the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia following the visit of a panel to the university, in December 2017.

RGU’s Surveying course, which is also accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) provides students with the professional and creative skills required for a successful career in surveying.

The taught course, with Building and Quantity options, is complemented by eight months practical experience, allowing students to gain valuable experience of surveying practice in a range of locations worldwide.

The recognition by BQSM rounded off an excellent year for RGU’s School of Architecture and Built Environment strengthening its links in Malaysia, as it was also the first UK university to receive professional accreditation by the Malaysian Board of Architects (LAM) for its BSc Architecture / Master of Architecture course.
